Detail
My involvement with Jet Express Freight evolved significantly over time. What began as building an informative website and handling support tickets gradually expanded into broader technical and strategic responsibilities.
Early work focused on technical support and operations: managing Microsoft 365 users and licenses, solving email and file-sharing issues involving sensitive business data, maintaining and improving the company website, and assisting with general IT and platform questions.
As the relationship developed, I took a larger role in the company's digital and marketing strategy. This included conducting competitor and industry research using AI tools, analyzing logistics market trends and economic conditions in the Caribbean, defining target customer personas, designing a digital marketing and social media strategy, and implementing email marketing with reporting and performance tracking.
All research and strategic planning were delivered through structured documentation in Notion, which became the foundation for website messaging, social media content, and outreach campaigns. This project required frequent meetings with the client and strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into practical business decisions.
