Designed and developed the company website and handled ongoing technical support for a tax preparation business with 40 employees across 3 offices in Florida.
A key feature was improving the appointment booking experience. The company used Microsoft Bookings as their backend scheduling system, but the default interface did not match their brand or user experience requirements. I built a custom booking interface that pulled data directly from Microsoft Bookings via API, matched the company's visual identity, and preserved the existing backend service — allowing the team to keep their dashboard management while presenting customers with a fully branded experience. Any changes made in Microsoft Bookings automatically appeared in the interface.
