Worked on website development and technical support for a large solar and wind energy company with approximately 200 employees, operating under strict SLA requirements — 1 hour response time and 4 hour resolution time.
Responsibilities included WordPress website development and maintenance, building interactive maps showing solar and wind parks across Europe, implementing compliance features such as whistleblower channels and GDPR cookie management, creating contact forms and reporting pages, and managing hosting and infrastructure on AWS.
The infrastructure stack included AWS hosting with Plesk, WordPress configuration and management, SSL certificate deployment, .htaccess configuration, and subdomain management for reports and documentation.
During the project I also visited company offices and a solar park installation, which provided direct exposure to industrial network environments including firewalls, switches, and field connectivity.
